DON'T GO HERE!! myself and my boyfriend said we'd pop in here for something to eat before cinema got in there and the waitress told us sit in bar instead of bistro so sat there at dirty table for 15 mins and went up to bar man to put in order since no1 came near us. The barman gave me a look as if i'd two heads greeting me with 'What ya want?' and not writing down my order just walking away! then we sat there for 40 mins with no drinks no clean table and no cutlery! i went up back into the bistro part asking the origianl waitress where our order was and she said she'd bring it out so a further 10mins later our lasagne toasted sandwich and wedges had landed with her telling us 'how could we expect for our food to be out when they had a large group to feed upstairs!!!' sayin this while laughing at us which is totally crazy to say to paying customers! then we ate what we got and went up to pay while the barman not handing back our change as he auotmatically assumed he was owed a tip which really outraged us so we decided to walk away as we didn't want to lower ourselves by getting mad with them as obviously these people wouldn't have cared!! it was the worse experience in a restaurant i have ever encountered!! - Anita, Cork - Feb 10, 2011

WAS HERE RECENTLY FOR A PARTY , WHEN WE ARRIVED TO SEE THE ROOM IT WAS A DISGRACE , WASNT CLEANED, WE WERE STICKING TO THE FLOOR OVER ALL THE DRINK SPILLED , THE DAY OF THE PARTY I WAS TO GO IN AFTER 3.00 TO DECORATE AND WAS THERE FOR 3.00, ROOM WASNT EVEN CLEANED , CLEANER WAS IN THE MIDDLE OF DOING IT, WE WERE STICKING TO THE FLOOR EVEN AFTER HE CLEANED IT, BATHROOMS WERENT EVEN CLEANED I HAD TO ASK THE MANAGER TO CLEAN THEM. THEN WHEN I ARRIVED AT 8.00 TO CHECK THE TOILETS THERE WAS ONE ROLL OF TOILET ROLL FOR 3 TOILETS IN THE LADIES.

FOOD WAS ONLY ALRIGHT , DRINK HEAVILY PRICED, ATMOSPHERE WAS OK DJ WAS ONLY ALRIGHT.

Was here recently for an event and all I can say it thanks for such a fantasic night. The food was second to none and the staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough for us. The big 10ft big screen is wow for watching any live sporting events!Will be back very soon! - Jul 30, 2007

I think that it just opened before Christmas. Went there on a few occasions for dinner...Total and utter disaster. Food horrible...Service disgraceful. Very rude and unhelpful. You need to ask for tables to be cleaned...Need to wait in cutlery...List is endless..... - Feb 6, 2006
