| I visited this pub by chance when in the area researching some family. Although i found that this pub had recently been taken over; the owners was extremely friendly and helpful, full of useful facts and information on the area as the landlady had lived in the town for years. We were all made very welcome by both owners and the customers, there is even a shp that sells everything under the sun!
