Was in Kilkenny last week with a few friends and had a couple of scoops in Biddys, great craic and savage athmosphere. They had the hurling semi final on a massive screen, had a few games of killers on the pool table and the pint of stout was cold and creamy and went down a treat.. On a dull monday night in april we decided to try biddy earlys for a quick cocktail. We were in kilkenny for our staff night out. We had the best laugh. 10 out of 10 to the staff who were both friendly and accomadating. The atmosphere was great and the drink was top class,from what we can remember. Just popped into what we taught a usual irish watering hole, what we found was quiet the opposite.
This place not only had charecter but the athmosphere was electric.
Two stunning barmaid were serving all types of concoctions.
We intended to have a pint of GUINNESS, instead we opted for one of their cocktails, It was so good we ended up staying the night.
Thank You to all the guy's and gal's in Biddy's for a most wonderful night.

Maybe I'm getting old but I hated this place. It was like a sauna in there, hot stuffy and sweaty. God only knows what it must have been like before the smoking ban. And the music wasn't too my taste either. Yep must be age...everyone else seemed to be having fun so if you're in your early 20s maybe it's the place to be. - Jun 14, 2004
