We offer both Bed & Breakfast accommodation and body treatment facilities in our guesthouse in St. Mullins, in the heart of beautiful and picturesque Ireland.It is located about 30 km from Kilkenny.

Historic St. Mullins, Mulvarra House lies by the banks of the River Barrow, between Co Carlow and Co Kilkenny. This is an ideal area for fishing, canoeing and walking. While you are here you can relax in our rooms with private balconies which offer beautiful views of the River Barrow, running between Brandon Hill and the Blackstairs Mountains.

Mulvarra House is set on 2 acres of mature gardens which can be taken in along with local walks along the tow path to Graiguenamanagh. This is an Ideal location for touring the South East of Ireland. 	Breakfast Included Children Friendly		From Dublin: Take the M50 / N9 to Carlow. Continue on the N9 southbound from Carlow town in the direction of Kilkenny. Approximately 10 miles down this road take a left turn on to the R724 at Royal Oak for Bagenalstown. On approaching Bagenalstown, you will pass an Esso service station on your right hand side. Just past this, take a right turn at the Railway Bar public house and proceed towards Borris on the R705. On approaching Borris you will pass a Texaco Service Station on your right hand side. At the T-junction, take a left turn Proceed straight through the village of Borris onto the R729 in the direction of New Ross. Continue on this road until you come to the village of Glynn Just past Byrnes shop/Post Office take the right turn for St. Mullins At the T-junction take a left turn and when you reach the stop sign take another left turn and proceed up this road a short distance to Mulvarra house as signposted. Nearest train station is Bagnelstown.
