Brandon View B&B is a charming family home set in scenic countryside east of Kilkenny city on the Carlow border. Central location to visit Kilkenny Castle 30 minutes drive and Waterford Crystal 35 minutes drive.

It is very convenient to the village of Graiguenamanagh's singing pubs and restaurants.

A warm welcome awaits you with refreshments on arrival.

We have large en-suite bedrooms and standard rooms available. All are non smoking. Bedrooms vary from old style to modern décor, with excellent views and our B&B has a guest lounge to relax in after a long day. Our bright, comfortable dining room is a perfect setting for meals and friendly conversations. Enjoy a wholesome breakfast served from 7am until 10am and beautiful views of Brandon Hill.

Guests can avail of the array of tourist information available in the front entrance hall. We have brochures on the many visitor attractions and activities.

The village of Graiguenamanagh is only 6km away where you can see the famous Duiske Abbey the oldest Cistercian Church in Ireland. There is also Duiske Glass, Bernard Kavanagh Pottery and Cushendale Woollen Mills.

There are a wide selection of restaurants and traditional music can be heard in some of the local pubs on a regular basis.

While staying in Brandon View you can enjoy an abundance of outdoor activities, such as golfing, fishing, walking, boating, quadriding and for those who enjoy sight seeing there are some fantastic tourist attractions such as Kilkenny Castle.

	Breakfast Included Children Friendly		Directions - From Dublin Airport to Brandon View B&B Take the M50 ring road southbound. You will approach a toll bridge which will require 1.50. Proceed until you reach Exit 9, which is sign posted for Naas and South, N9. Proceed southbound. Follow signs for Carlow/Kilkenny M9 Exit. This road will bring you straight into Carlow Town. From Carlow Town Continue on the N9 southbound from Carlow town in the direction of Kilkenny for approximately 10 miles. You will see a sign for Royal Oak and Bagenalstown, turn left into Bagenalstown - this is the R724 road. On approaching the town you will pass an Esso station on your right hand side. Shortly after this there is a junction and the Railway Bar is on your right hand side, turn right and follow this road R705 into Borris. You will arrive at the top of Borris town, turn left and drive down through the town following this road (R729) for approximately 8 miles. Brandon View is on your left hand side and is clearly signposted. From Shannon Airport Take the N19 then the N18 to Limerick. Take the N24 in the direction of Waterford via Tipperary, Cahir, Clonmel. At Clonmel take N76 in the direction of Kilkenny via Callan. At Kilkenny take N9/N10 in the direction of Dublin/Carlow. Take R702 to Gowran and continue on for Borris. Continue down through the town of Borris staying on the R729 for approximately 8 miles. Brandon View B&B is on your left hand side, clearly signposted. From Rosslare Ferry Port Take the N25 to New Ross, from New Ross take the N30 for approximately 4 miles and then turn left on to the R729 (the exit for Borris) Continue on this road for approximately 9 miles and Brandon View B&B will be on your right hand side 500 metres above the village of Glynn.		Check in from 4pm to 6pm Check in later or earlier than this time by special arrangement only. Guests must contact B&B by phone on the morning of your arrival to let us know approximately what time you expect to reach our home.
